Is it a special photo session? Wonders Sallyboo as she happily cooperates.
She is enjoying the company of the cozy hippo while munching on good old fashioned Parle G.
But something is up… Why the harness? The collar and…but the aroma and presence of snacks all around are way too distracting.
Something is definitely off… But what?
Ear perks up. Look to the left. Look to the right.
What might it be?
Ouch…ouch……and ooouuuccchhh!
Didn’t see that coming!
Three ant bites on the backside. In quick succession.
The third one hurt the most.
Backside stings. The human sings.
So much agony that the hippo slips from the grip and eyes screw shut.
Pain fades as quickly as it had flared.
Then relief…
And soothing snacks and songs and heaping of praise.
No more vaccines needed for 12 months! Phew!
